Welcome to the second WASP Virtual Job Fair on December 7th 2021, where leading companies meet and discuss their research and future opportunities with Sweden’s top talents in AI and autonomous systems.

“For anyone looking for experts in the areas of AI, autonomous systems and software the WASP Job Fair is an excellent opportunity. WASP is soon to graduate a new generation of PhD students in these areas. Join us and learn more about how to attract these highly sought-after talents”, says Danica Kragic, chair of the WASP Job Fair program committee.

The WASP Virtual Job Fair is a two-part event, starting with a mix of talks and panel discussions, wrapping up with an optional match-making session exclusive for WASP PHD students, WASP postdocs and companies.


The program in short:

Session 1 – 9:30-12:00 Life after the PhD
Panels and speakers from WASP and leading companies talk about experiences and opportunities for an exciting career in Sweden after PhD. Also the topic of how to attract and retain talent in Sweden is covered.

Lunch break – 12:00-13:00
Lunchbreak with streamed video pitches from AI startups in Sweden

Session 2 – 13:00-15:30 Career meetings
Match-making session where industry representatives can book up to 10 meetings with WASP PhDs and post-docs to discuss common research issues and future opportunities.
