Explore the WASP Research Arenas (WARA)

November 18 @ 12:00 – 13:00

Did you know that as a WASP researcher or PhD student, you can access advanced industrial platforms, datasets, and research infrastructures through the WASP Research Arenas (WARAs)?

Join us for a lunch webinar where we will introduce the WARAs and show how they can support your research. Through short presentations and interactive discussions, you will learn how the arenas enable cutting-edge research in collaboration with industry and provide unique opportunities to develop, test, and demonstrate research in real and challenging environments.

If you are curious about the WASP Research Arenas and how they can support your research, this webinar is an excellent opportunity to learn about the available resources, collaborations, and ways to get involved. You can choose to attend one or several sessions.

In this session we deep dive into the WASP Research Arenas:

  • 12.00 – 12.20 WARA Public Safety
  • 12.20 – 12.40 WARA Robotics
  • 12.40 – 13.00 WARA Operational Data

About these WASP Research Arenas

WARA Public Safety focuses on autonomous vehicles and sensors working together in complex public safety scenarios, including applications in air, on land, on water, and underwater. The arena brings engineers, researchers, and users together to test relevant use cases in realistic environments. Read more.

WARA Robotics focuses on manufacturing-relevant manipulation tasks in realistic environments. The arena supports research on robots that can navigate, learn, adapt, and perform tasks safely and reliably. Read more.

WARA Operational Data supports research on data-driven operations by bringing Swedish industry and academia together. The arena provides infrastructure for large operational datasets and enables collaboration around shared data, challenges, and research questions. Read more.

Next session November 25

Next session will be November 25 and in that session you will meet the WASP Research Arenas: WARA AI-TRICS, WARA Medicine and WARA Media and Language.
