Meet Christian Berger, a WASP affiliated Professor at Chalmers University of Technology, who looks at software from different perspectives. Professor Berger joined WASP in 2015.
Researcher and PI.
I was involved from the very beginning, also building up the graduate school for the first batches. WASP is well aligned with my own research interests.
WASP is a unique opportunity to exchange and discuss ideas and to push research frontiers forward in exciting and important research fields.
My research is dealing with two things: (a) the software for AS and AI-driven systems, and (b) the actual “making” of the software for such systems. So, we are looking at the software from a “product” perspective but also from a “process” perspective.
We are living in times where societies use more and more automation as well as becoming more and more digitalised. Hence, our research is contributing to these two trends.
