Fredrik Präntare, WASP PhD student at the division for Artificial Intelligence and Integrated Computer Systems (AIICS) at Linköping university, has been awarded Lilla Polhemspriset (link in Swedish). The prize is awarded by The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers to best degree project for a Master of Science in engineering. The work includes development of an algorithm to improve collaboration skills in strategy games.
He has also received Best Paper award for the paper “An Anytime Algorithm for Simultaneous Coalition Structure Generation and Assignment” at the conference PRIMA 2018, The 21st International Conference on Principles and Practice of Multi-Agent Systems. Find and read the paper here.
