DESCRIPTION:Do you work with AI\, machine learning\, statistics\, mathematical modelling\, or other data-driven methods that could contribute to addressing complex research questions?You are invited to join a collaborative workshop together with researchers from WIFORCE and associated research environments at SLU and Umeå Plant Science Centre. \n\n\n\nWallenberg Initiatives in Forest Research (WIFORCE) is a basic science research program that aims to deepen our understanding of the processes behind forest growth\, survival\, and biodiversity. Read more about WIFORCE here. \n\n\n\nDuring the workshop\, WIFORCE researchers will present data-related challenges arising from their research\, and participants from computer science\, mathematics\, statistics\, and related fields will introduce relevant methods and areas of expertise.
