SUMMARY:Nordic AI Meet
DESCRIPTION:The Nordic AI Meet (NAIM) returns for its fifth edition in Reykjavík on 14–15 October 2026\, bringing together PhD students\, postdocs\, and early-career researchers from across the Nordics to share ideas\, build collaborations\, and shape a Nordic approach to AI for the societal good. \n\n\n\nAbstracts are welcome from all areas of AI research — from technical foundations such as machine learning\, NLP\, robotics\, and computer vision\, to applied work in medicine\, the natural sciences\, industry\, and the public sector. \n\n\n\nAI and the Humanities: we particularly encourage submissions connecting AI research and humanities perspectives\, in either direction — AI methods applied to humanities domains\, or humanities approaches applied to AI itself. The call remains open to all AI research. DESCRIPTION:WASP Research Arena WARA Media and Language is hosting Measuring What Matters\, 3-6 November 2026 at Skåvsjöholm\, located just outside Stockholm. The event is a follow-up to the successful 2025 Wallenberg Advanced Scientific Forum and aims to bring together global experts in deep generative modeling to ultimately bring about new\, effective evaluation methods that will drive future progress in multimodal generative models\, alongside practical tools to promote their adoption within the research community. Like its predecessor\, the forum is designed to be highly interactive\, consisting nearly exclusively of structured and directed discussions in smaller focused groups\, rather than talks\, panels or plenaries.  \n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration for WASP PhD students and affiliated researchers (free of charge\, number of seats are limited). \n\n\n\n\nRegister free of charge\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration for all others without current WASP-affiliation\, and for late registrations when free seats are out (cost 7725 SEK\, plus VAT). \n\n\n\n\nRegister with a cost
